Biography
James has over 18 years of experience offering advice in all forms of corporate insolvency and restructuring to directors, shareholders and creditors. He specialises in contentious insolvency, investigation, asset recovery and insolvency litigation. The majority of cases involve a mixture of fraud and dishonesty, many of which have involved large multi-jurisdictional matters with recovery actions in territories across Europe and worldwide.
James, as liquidator or officeholder in complex investigations. has brought civil actions arising from bankruptcies, liquidations, provisional liquidations and administrations - fulfilling his duty to creditors by recovering assets and funds misappropriated through seizure of assets or court processes.
James is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, a member of the ICAEW as well as the Association of Business Recovery Practitioners. He is a regular speaker at seminars educating Government departments, solicitors and other creditors in all aspects of insolvency.
