Keith Ward

Biography

Our core services to the social housing sector remain external and internal audit and taxation compliance and advice. Increasingly, we support our social housing clients in many ways, including providing strategic business transformation advice and assurance, IT strategy support, fraud advisory, contract management training and review.

Keith leads RSM’s social housing work nationally. As an audit partner, his primary focus is external audit and the quality of service to the sector. He ensures all professional staff are trained and kept up to date on sector developments, through annual training, webinars and quarterly steering group meetings.

Keith has been involved in delivering audit and assurance services to the social housing and wider not for profit sectors for 25 years, working for two Big 4 firms before joining RSM in 2004. He has been involved in many aspects of client work, including social impact mapping, evaluation and reporting, risk management training, due diligence and business plans review, Board governance reviews and more recently IDA support.

Keith is a regular presenter at NHF conferences and has also been a judge at the NHF’s annual Housing Association National Accountancy Awards.
