Biography
Ryan is part of the London corporate tax team with over 15 years’ experience in advising clients on international and UK tax matters.
Ryan is a leading member of the firm’s consumer markets and real estate sector teams and works closely with others in the UK and in the RSM International network to provide high quality, commercial and practical advice. Ryan acts for a number of high-profile real estate, retail and leisure and hospitality clients in London and internationally.
Ryan is a member of the firm’s international tax group and contributes to the firm’s thought leadership on international tax matters.
When asked what he enjoys about his role, Ryan says:
“Now more than ever, businesses need to evolve and seek new international markets much earlier in their lifecycle. I enjoy partnering with such innovative businesses to help navigate the challenges of implementing efficient but practical operational structures.”
Outside work Ryan finds himself unsuccessfully trying to get his golfing handicap down and enjoys watching sport.
