Sola Fadojutimi

Biography

Sola Fadojutimi is a business change specialist who works in the contract risk and procurement team within RSM UK risk advisory. One of Sola’s specialisms is procurement function effectiveness within the health sector. He also works within the firm's consulting programme assurance function aimed at assisting clients through providing critical friend advice and support on their projects and programmes.

Sola has over 20 years’ experience covering a number of business change disciplines including programme and project management, procurement and contract management. Before joining RSM, Sola worked in big four consulting firms. He worked in Ernst and Young’s (EY) commercial excellence team, and while at PwC he established and led their public sector programme assurance practice.

Sola holds an MBA alongside a number of professional project and programme management qualifications. He is a member of the Association for Project Management’s (APM) newly formed special interest group on systems thinking, tasked with introducing systems thinking and practice into project and programme disciplines.
