Biography
Suze specialises in international corporation tax and transfer pricing. She advises a diverse portfolio of multinational enterprises to support them with cross-border issues, from large privately-owned companies to private equity backed businesses and listed groups, across a wide range of sectors. She heads up the RSM Southern Tax Region and leads the region’s Transfer Pricing team. She is also a member of the RSMi European and International transfer pricing team and regularly presents on transfer pricing hot topics for RSM.
Suze and her team assist clients with all aspects of transfer pricing and thin capitalisation, including the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, devising transfer pricing policies, ATCA’s, mutual agreement procedures and competent authority claims, as well as Base Erosion and Profit Shifting issues including UK hybrids mismatch rules, the diverted profits tax and country-by-country reporting.

In my spare time, I love to go out with my husband and kids for a dog walk, go for a long trail run in the woods, or have my friends and family over for a BBQ.
