Biography
Tom works in the global compliance and reporting services team within the outsourcing practice. His role covers a wide range of clients from a variety of sectors including data analytics, digital communications, FinTech, and manufacturing. Tom leads a team of project managers who coordinate and monitor the global compliance obligations for clients with a significant global footprint.
Tom also leads RSM’s compliance management offering to emerging clients who are taking their first steps into international business. This includes identifying the most appropriate entity type, the incorporation process, and ensuring the business is set up and compliant with local laws and regulations.
Prior to joining RSM Tom worked at both Grant Thornton and KPMG. Tom has over 10 years’ experience delivering tax compliance and advisory services across a number of sectors including owner managed businesses and real estate funds. Tom has worked on a number of fund structuring projects, completed large scale Real Estate transactions, and managed the associated international compliance.
Tom has managed the onboarding for large scale clients covering bookkeeping, financial statements and tax compliance. Tom has also led RSM’s global support to a key client for an ERP system implementation to ensure that ongoing compliance obligations were met throughout the project.
