Biography
Trish is a qualified chartered secretary and governance professional with over 30 years of experience. In her current role since 2009 she has led a team dedicated to ensuring that RSM’s corporate clients comply with the Companies Act 2006 and adopt a best practice approach to matters of a company secretarial nature. She understands that clients want to focus on making their business successful and, whilst keen to comply with legislation, often do not have time to understand legal and administrative requirements.
Having worked in local authority administration and as a company secretary in the construction industry before moving into professional practice, Trish has a varied background. This gives her a rounded view of company secretarial matters and contributes to finding the most appropriate solution for clients.
