Ainsley Wainwright

Biography

Ainsley is a Director in our Employer Solutions group which specialises in employment tax and expatriate tax.

He has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on the movement of employees’ cross border and has himself worked in Germany. Joining RSM in 2019 from the Big Four, he focuses on providing mobility services to international mid-market clients to manage the multi-country compliance reporting.

Over his career, he has advised clients across a large section of different sectors, size and geographical footprint.

Ainsley has a focus on the tax risk management of short-term business travelers and supports clients with policy design and implementation.

He is a regular speaker at expatriate tax forums.
