Biography
Guy has over 15 years experience in the restructuring arena. He provides advisory services to mid market clients across a range of sectors and, as a chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner, acts as a receiver, administrator or liquidator of insolvent companies. He is also a member of RSM’s highly regarded pensions covenant assessment services team and acts for trustees of deferred benefit pension schemes, providing advice on employer covenant matters.
Guy has particular experience in corporate simplification assignments, trading assignments and conducting sales of businesses in distressed situations, together with the full spectrum of business reviews.
During his time with RSM Guy has spent two years on secondment with the business support functions of two major clearing banks. This has provided him with an invaluable understanding of funding arrangements, particularly in instances where businesses are subject to cash flow pressure and distressed situations.
