Biography

Hannah is an experienced HR generalist with proven capability across multiple HR disciplines, including, employee relations, HR compliance and supporting and facilitating change strategies.  She has supported a variety of companies ranging from smaller owner-managed businesses through to large international corporates. She has wide ranging experience with supporting people change strategies for larger organisations, such as restructures, closures, acquisitions and redundancy programmes; and in establishing the HR infrastructure for small employers, including employment processes, HR IT solutions and employment documentation.

Hannah has also worked as a seconded HR Manager, overseeing strategic people planning and policy development, as well as managing all HR operations, including line-management of HR administrators within the client too. Hannah is able to effectively embed herself within businesses, getting to know the company culture and being a trusted advisor to senior leaders, line managers and employees alike.

Hannah leads our employee engagement offering and has also supported the RSM internal audit team with culture, gender pay and diversity audits; she has a particular interest in organisational behaviour. She has a wealth of experience in the charity and not-for-profit sectors, but also in technology, manufacturing, leisure and hospitality, healthcare and professional services. Hannah is also a School Governor within a local academy trust school and regularly contributes RSM publications for the education sector.

Hannah has spent over 15 years in HR Consultancy and outsourcing, is CIPD qualified and has a BA (Hons) degree in Personnel Management.
